On an International scale coaching qualifications are arbitrary. Coahces and trainers , have no set prescribed scope. Nobody really knows what they should, or should not, know , and ultimately what "works". The only constant is that safe fitness programming and peer collaboration , carried out over time , with consitancy will yield the best results.
