As the United Fitness Safety exam is about to be released on Oct. 8 2016 , and CrossBox International looks to broaden it's current affiliate base , it's important for all CrossBox International Affiliates to understand the proper way to utilize the Intellectual Property of fellow fitness brands. At the end of the day we are all working toward the same common goal which is to make the world a healthier place , it makes more sense to work together - CrossBox International, CEO Donny Mustapha
How to Apropriately Market your CrossBox International Affiliate
The goal of CrossBox International is to create an International , Unified brand of fitness that results in a much needed central fitness collaboration , with contributors from every corner of the globe with diverse educational backgrounds. Studies conducted by the International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association show that on average only a small amount of the population in a town or district join a fitness facility. That makes it clear and obvious that their is enough business in the market for every brand of fitness , with out violating the good will and hard work created by individual brands through improper use of their image. With so many fitness brands and options this can be tough, but it's not impossible.
CrossBox International requires each affiliate to embrace this challenge and operate with respect to competing brands and alternative branding options. Similarly , we expect and demand our competitors to do the same for ours. That being said CrossBox International has a zero tolerance policy for any one who violates the Intellectual Property rights of competing brands. Any compromise of this policy by an affiliate , will result in immediate termination of your CrossBox International Affiliation. Below is an example that is an appropriate way to proudly display your hard earned fitness accomplishments while respecting the CrossBox International " No Tolerance " policy and the Intellectual Property rights of our brothers and sisters in the fitness community.
Below is a hypothetical example of proper affiliate marketing using hypothetical CrossBox facility, CrossBox Galaxy.
, CrossBox Galaxy is proud to announce the opening of the first CrossBox International Affiliate on the moon! CrossBox Galaxy will offer daily coaching on both the CrossBox Fitness W.O.D and the CrossBox Boxing W.O.D. CrossBox Galaxy is a proud affiliate of CrossBox International which brand requires it's leaders to have an accredited certification before opening a CrossBox International facility. CrossBox Galaxy will also offer Suspension Training classes and Hot Yoga. CrossBox Galaxy was open by Mike Mars and Vivian Venus. Please see their training biographies below:
The owners of CrossBox Galaxy, Mike Mars and Vivian Venus have done an excellent job in the scenario of marketing their CrossBox International Affiliate without imposing on the good will of our brothers and sisters in the fitness community.
1 . Both Mike and Vivian hold specialty certifications which require additional affiliation fees to market their services under the specialty service trade name. For example, CrossBox Galaxy states they host 'suspension training classes" rather than TRX classes. Under International Trademark Law and in accordance with the Madrid Protocol and The Lanham Act this is appropriate.
2. Similarly, Vivian has been certified through Bikram Yoga. However this does not grant her license to use the Bikram Yoga name to market her classes or state that CrossBox Galaxy host Bikram Yoga classes. CrossBox Galaxy was correct in stating that they host “ Hot Yoga" classes. Under International Trademark Law and in accordance with the Madrid Protocol and The Lanham Act this is appropriate.
3. Both Mike and Vivian were correct in posting their accrediting certification body names proudly and appropriately. Good luck with your venture!!
